Barrett signs with Warner

– Gaby Barrett, an American Idol finalist, has signed a deal with Warner Records Nashville, she announced today.
The big-voiced Barrett, a native of Pennsylvania, has released the single "I Hope." She is currently in the studio working with Ross Copperman on her debut for Warner.
A native of Munhall, Pa. and one of eight children, Barrett, 19, began singing in her local gospel choir at the age of nine. Barrett has been on the road since age 11, recently sharing the stage with Luke Bryan, Bebe Rexha and Carrie Underwood and more. She finished third on seasons 16 of American Idol.
