GAC turns to fans for top music videos

A special marathon preview airs this Sunday, Dec. 22, beginning at 2 p.m. eastern.

Hosted by HGTV's popular Property Brothers Jonathan Scott and Drew Scott, Top 50 Country Countdown looks back at the year in music, revealing fan favorites. Filmed at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Jonathan and Drew had plenty of company stop by, including Brett Eldredge, Darius Rucker, Thompson Square and Chris Young; Farm Kings star Dan King; rodeo favorite Trevor Brazile and The Jubilee Showgirls.

Fans logged on to GACTV.com throughout November to weigh in on their favorite music clips of the past year. A preview of the chart reveals Taylor Swift and Luke Bryan tied for most entries on the list with three videos apiece.

Following the nightly premieres Dec. 23-27, Top 20 Country Countdown runs in a marathon event Saturday, Dec. 28 8 a.m.-8 p.m. eastern, leading into Great American Country re-airs of CMA Awards Red Carpet Live and The 47th Annual CMA Awards.
