Dream Duets

I'd like to hear a duet between Ashton Shepherd and Josh Turner, the top female and male neo-traditional country singers of our era.

Do you have any dreams duets you'd like to hear?

Until Shepherd and Turner record that precious duet, I'll have to settle for this amazing acoustic version of Shepherd's song "I Ain't Dead Yet." It's refreshing to know the power of traditional country's impact. Shepherd namechecks the late country legends, Hank Williams and Keith Whitley in the song. Williams died 33.5 years before Shepherd was born, and Shepherd was 2 years old when Whitley passed away in 1989.

Hopefully, this Alabaman can continue the traditional legacy for future generations.
