Big Dog was already taken, so Toby Keith will have another name for his line of clothing, TK Steelman, which will launch next month.

Keith is a fine country singer, but I don't know if people are going to be running out to buy his line of clothing - things like polos, sweatshirts, jeans, cowboy hats, bandanas, etc.

Or he could become a fashion icon. Time will tell....

I just got the new Pat Green album - "What I'm For" - in the mail and I look forward to listening to it. Unlike some local Texans, I don't blame Green for widening his horizon beyond the local scene.

Is his music as good as it was? No. But I'm of the belief that artists analyze things too much - or those around them do the analyzing for them - and their original,raw material ends up being their strong contributions to the music scene. That and then, the stripped-down, unpolished stuff at the end of their careers when the commercial pressures aren't as high
