Taylor Swift speaks out on Goals, her MySpace blog, and Being a Rebel

Jessica Phillips  |  July 1, 2009

Taylor Swift's (a.k.a. T-Swizzle) popular songs and girly fashion sense have landed her the cover slot for the latest issue of Glamour Magazine.

In the article, the top-selling artist and CMA Album of the Year recipient says she still has plenty of goals to reach. "I still have lots of goals. I'd love to do a world tour. And at some point, I'd like to move out of my parents' house!"

She also admits to having a (restrained) rebellious side. "For me, rebelling is done with words: I love to write honest songs that name real people, then get up onstage and live out those emotions in front of 15,000 people. Penciling in a night to get wasted is not something I want to do."

Instead the superstar prefers being real:"I've never felt like I needed to tone down being seen as a regular person. When I first started doing MySpace, I wrote by bio in the first person. I approached my entire career like that... I don't see that ever changing."

Check out Taylor's ever-evolving style and more of her Glamour interview.
