Country remembers Vegas shootings
Friday, September 28, 2018 – The country music industry will observe a period of silence on Monday to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the Route 91 Harvest Festival mass shootings that left 58 people dead and about 500 wounded as Jason Aldean performed.
Country stations around the U.S., all formats in Nevada, record labels, publishers, agencies and other organizations will participate.
The silence will be observed at 1:01 p.m. eastern time. Among those participating are the Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association and Nashville record labels including Universal Music Group, Big Machine Label Group, Warner Music Nashville and Sony Music Nashville.

Jason Aldean's 10th studio album "Georgia "initially seems like yeoman's effort. As the second half of a double album that follows last year's "Macon," the collection boasts 30 songs; 20 are new.
