Morris tops country chart; ditto for Combs
On the album chart, Combs was second with "This One's For You," Florida Georgia Line third with "Can't Say I Ain't Country," Dan Shay fourth with their self-titled disc and Kacey Musgraves fifth with "Golden Hour."
Carrie Underwood's "Cry Pretty" was at 11, up 5. Tim McGraw was 21st with "Number One Hits," up 3. Morris' debut, "Hero," jumped 16 to 26.
On the songs chart, Dan + Shay were second with "Tequila" and fourth with "Speechless." Sandwiched in between was "Meant to Be" from Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line. Chris Stapleton was fifth with "Millionaire," up three. Morris jumped from 27 to 9 with "GIRL." Chase Rice was u to 10th with "Eyes On You," up 4. Kane Brown moved up 6 to 11 with "Good As You." Riley Green held 12th with "There Was This Girl," up 3. Morgan Wallen was 15th with "Whiskey Glasses," up 5.
Michael Ray was up 4 to 18 with "One That Got Away." "Rumor" from Lee Brice climbed up 6 to 20. Eli Young Band was 25th with "Love Ain't," up 3. Dustin Lynch debuted at 26 with "Ridin' Roads." Rodney Atkins was at 27, up 4, with "Caught Up in the Country," a song featuring The Fisk Jubilee Singers. Morris also debuted at 37 with "A Song for Everything."
Cole Swindell jumped 9 to 40 with "Love You Too Late." HARDY's "Rednecker" was 41st, moving up 5 spots. Morris was 46th in her debut week with "All My Favorite People," featuring Brothers Osborne. Gabby Barrett debuted at 49 with "I Hope."
On the Bluegrass Albums chart, Chatham County Line debuted in first with "Sharing the Covers." Mandolin Orange was second with "Tides of a Teardrop," Della Mae third with "Butcher Shoppe EP," Gangstagrass fourth with "Pocket Full of Fire: Gangstagrass Live" and Steep Canyon Rangers fifth with "Out in the Open."
On the Americana/Folk Albums chart, Hozier stayed first with "Wasteland, Baby!." Musgraves was second with "Golden Hour," Stapleton third with "Traveller," Mumford & Sons fourth with "Delta" and Hozier fifth with his self-titled debut.
On the overall top 200, Combs was 17th, Florida Georgia Line 43rd, Dan + Shay 47th and Musgraves 51st.
