Tillis signs record deal
"This week is a very exciting time for me," said Tillis. "I was so happy to be asked to be a presenter at the CMA Awards and to have inked my partnership with ONErpm. I can finally release the album I've had in the works. Every album is its own little journey, and this one may be a little more winding than usual. I've had some of these songs in my back pocket for a long, long time."
There was no word when new music would be released.
"We're thrilled to be part of this project," said ONErpm General Manager Ken Madson. "The heart, authenticity and artistry Pam brought to this album make it something very special."
Tillis will be a presenter on The 53rd Annual CMA Awards on Nov. 13. "The fact that the CMA Awards will be a celebration of women in country makes it even more special to me," adds Tillis.
Onerpm is a Nashville-based digital distribution service and fan engagement platform formed in 2010.

Pam Tillis was all over the charts in the early-to mid '90s, with 13 top 10 hits, three platinum albums, two golds, a Grammy and a Female Vocalist of the Year Award from the CMA. But she hasn't released a solo non-holiday album since "Rhinestoned" 13 long years ago. On the cover of this comeback album Ms. Tillis is in what appears to be a bathtub, with a chocolate cookie in her mouth and a cocktail in her hand. That's certainly one way to go about it. ...
