Dickerson brings "Yours" to surprise Zoom wedding.

Dickerson sang his song for newlyweds Melanie Mulvihill and John Sizer." The first dance immediately followed an impromptu marriage officiation by Today show host Hoda Kotb, arranged by the groom, John, and a friend of the bride.

The couple's pastor initially popped up on the Zoom to surprise John and Melanie, then tossed it over to an ordained Koitb, who popped up on screen. After the "I do's," Hoda announced, "It's not really a wedding without a first dance and I know one of the songs that you love, and I love this song too, is a song called 'Yours' by a guy named Russell Dickerson.

"Let's have a little first dance, why don't we?" Dickerson said before playing the song.

The wedding took place as part of the Today Show's #WithYouTODAY series, which focuses on celebrating people who are managing the crisis around the country in different ways and bringing joy to their lives.
