King makes Opry debut
Tuesday, January 18, 2022 – Texas traditionalist Randall King will make his Opry debut on March 15.
King will follow the debut with the "Shot Glass" album release, available on March 18.
"Shot Glass" features 11 songs, eight of which were co-written by King. The record is produced by Bart Butler and Ryan Gore and centers around a night out at a bar, with each track representing a different point of view of those in the room. The Texas native has already relased "You In A Honky Tonk," "Baby Do" and "Record High."

CD reviews for Randall King
The second self-released effort of West Texas native Randall King is a throwback to mainstream '90s country with mixed results. King has a pleasant singing voice reminiscent of Randy Travis or George Strait, but at times the material is cliched and several tracks suffer from Nashville overproduction.
