Peters goes "Live from the UK"

Monday, June 27, 2022 – Gretchen Peters goes the live album with "The Show: Live from the UK," out Aug. 9 on Proper Music Group. The release was culled from three performances from Peters' 2019 Strings Attached Tour—April 19th at St. George's, Bristol, April 22 at The De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill-On-Sea and April 23 at The Apex, Bury St. Edmunds.

The disc features Peters' touring band of Barry Walsh (piano, vocals), Colm McClean (electric guitar, vocals), and Conor McCreanor (electric and upright bass, vocals) plus an all-female, Scottish string quartet featuring Seonaid Aitken (violin), Amira Bedrush-McDonald (violin), Sarah Leonard (viola) and Alice Allen (cello).

Peter has written songs for George Strait, Martina McBride, Trisha Yearwood and Neil Diamond. Arguing With Ghosts
