Gilbert joins Nickelback on tour

Tuesday, January 24, 2023 – Brantley Gilbert will join Nickelback on their upcoming 2023 Get Rollin' Tour, opening for the Canadian rockers this summer.

The run will hit 38 cities this summer, kicking off on Monday, June 12 in Quebec City, Canada at Videotron Centre, with stops across North America in Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and Nashville before wrapping up on Wednesday, Aug. 30 in Belmont Park, N.Y. Country singer Josh Ross also will be on the bill.

Tickets go on sale starting Friday at 10 a.m. local time at livenation.com.

CD review - Fire & Brimstone It would be easy (and lazy journalism) to write about how much Brantley Gilbert's music is un-country. You need only isolate the drum parts for most of these latest songs to confirm this is primarily a rock recording (masked as country). However, there are some quality - if not exactly country - songs on this effort, which cry out for a different sort of evaluation.
