King heads overseas

Wednesday, March 8, 2023 – Randall King, who plays this weekend at London's C2C Festival, heads back to Europe this fall, he announced today.

King, a traditional country singer from Texas, wil play seven new cities with stops in London, Manchester and Glasgow in the United Kingdom and Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Cologne in Germany. All United Kingdom stops will be full band, while the Germany stretch of the tour will be acoustic.

"I'm beyond excited to see the world through my honky tonk dream and to bring the 'neon overseas' to so many great countries," said King. "It's going to be a true thrill to see a side of life I've never seen and to play so many iconic venues that have held a lot of my heroes. It'll be a true honor."

King is touring the U.S. until the European leg. Tour dates are:

The second self-released effort of West Texas native Randall King is a throwback to mainstream '90s country with mixed results. King has a pleasant singing voice reminiscent of Randy Travis or George Strait, but at times the material is cliched and several tracks suffer from Nashville overproduction.
