Barrett goes for "Carols and Candlelight"

Wednesday, October 23, 2024 – Gabby Barrett will release her first Christmas album, "Carols and Candlelight," on Nov. 8.

"I'll Be Home For Christmas" will be released on Friday.

"If you know me, you know that Christmas is my favorite time of the year," said Barrett on Instagram. "So, I have been so excited to announce my new Christmas album, 'Carols and Candlelight'....I know we're close to Halloween, but my heart is in HOLIDAY MODE!!!!!"

The disc contains 11 traditional standards and modern songs including "The First Noel" and "Last Christmas," and collaborations featuring her husband Cade Foehner ("Baby, It's Cold Outside") and The Piano Guys ("O Come, O Come, Emmanuel").

Also included "Go Tell It On The Mountain" (for KING & COUNTRY featuring Gabby Barrett), which was nominated for Christmas Recorded Song of the Year at the 55th Annual GMA Dove Awards.
