Wilson gets engaged
Thursday, February 13, 2025 – Lainey Wilson is tying the knot with long-time boyfriend Devlin Hodges.
Wilson and Hodges, a former quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, made the announcement via social media.
Wilson wrote on Instagram, "4x4xU forever ❤️." That, of course, was taken from her current hit, "4x4xu."
Wilson and Hodges met in 2021 through mutual friends in Nashville. They first publicly appeared together at the 2023 ACM Awards.
Hodges, who went to Samford University, retired from football in 2022 and is working in real estate. He also quarterbacked for the Los Angeles Rams. He later played with the Ottaw Redblacks of the Canadian Football League before retiring.
No word on a wedding date.

CD reviews for Lainey Wilson
Lainey Wilson was named Billboard's Top New Country Artist of 2021, ACM 2022 New Female Artist of the Year, CMT's 2022 "Breakout Artist of the Year" and scored six CMA Awards nominations, some impressive achievements for a relatively new face on the country music scene. This new album only confirms that she is a unique talent with her own sound in a genre that usually rewards conformity and sameness.
