Carpenter debuts at country radio
Tuesday, April 8, 2025 – One month after the release of her debut album, "Hey Country Queen," Mackenzie Carpenter is impacting country radio with her debut single, "I Wish You Would (featuring Midland)."
"I'm so incredibly proud of this song and can't thank my amazing team enough for making the dream of my first single at country radio a reality," said Carpenter. "This means the absolute world to me, and it's just the beginning."
Carpenter has enjoyed success as a songwriter. She helped write Megan Moroney's Top 15 single "I'm Not Pretty." This past weekend, the two joined forces in Huntsville, Ala. and Athens, Ga. to perform their co-written track, "The Girls," as Carpenter joined Moroney as direct support for three stops of the Am I Okay? Tour.
