Baker and TORRES reach for "Bottom of a Bottle"

Tuesday, April 15, 2025 – Afraid of this Friday's album release of "Send A Prayer My Way," the duo of Julien Baker and TORRES released the song "Bottom of a Bottle" today.

The collaboration has been taking shape since Baker, best known for being a member of boygenius, and TORRES shared a stage for the first time in 2016. After the show, one turned to the other and said, "You know, we should make a country album."

Baker and TORRES have released four singles from "Send a Prayer My Way. Songs": Dirt," "Sylvia," Tuesday" and "Sugar in the Tank."

Baker & TORRES will embark on their "Send A Prayer My Way" U.S. tour with headline dates kicking off April 23 in Richmond, Va. and concluding in Omaha, Neb. on May 12. They are also playing previously announced festival dates. Tour dates are:
