ACM opening features Reba, Wynoon, Sugarland

Thursday, May 1, 2025 – The Academy of Country Music announced today performances and collaborations set to take the stage at the Academy of Country Music Awards, including a 12-minute opening of music together Clint Black, Dan + Shay, Wynonna Judd, Reba McEntire, LeAnn Rimes and Sugarland performing Songs of the Year from six decades.

The night also will include collaborations between Backstreet Boys and Rascal Flatts; Jelly Roll and Shaboozey; and Brooks & Dunn with Cody Johnson.

2024 ACM New Female Artist of the Year, Megan Moroney, will also join this year's star-packed show featuring previously announced performances by Alan Jackson, Chris Stapleton, Blake Shelton, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, and Miranda Lambert, as well as New Artist of the Year winners Ella Langley and Zach Top.

The ACMs will be held on May 8 at 8 p.m eastern from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
