Jinks has it "In My Blood" for July

Friday, May 2, 2025 – Cody Jinks will release a new album, "In My Blood," on July 25 via his own Late August Records.

Jinks today released the song "Found" from the upcoming record. Written by Ward Davis, Brent Sherokey and Andrew Peebles, "Found" encourages listeners to embrace their journey of self-discovery, no matter the obstacles they face.

Marking Jinks' 11th studio album, "In My Blood" ushers in a new era for Jinks. The record was produced by Joshua Thompson and Charles Godfrey. The title track features a collaboration with Charlie Starr of Blackberry Smoke.e two artists have come together on a recording.

Jinks said, "I think that 'In My Blood,' the song itself could be taken as the next chapter of 'Change the Game'. We know what we did. We know where we've been. We know what we've done. 'In My Blood' is why we keep doing it."

Just listen to the twangy electric and steel guitar on "Bite Of Something Sweet."
