Green, Langley take ACM honor
The word came down during Green's set at Country Thunder Florida. The news was revealed by thed host of the 60th ACM Awards, Reba McEntire, through a special video congratulating Langley and Green for their win.
The surprise came as Green brought out Langley during his headlining set at the festival, less than one week before the ACM Awards on Thursday in Frisco, Texas.
"Sorry to interrupt, but I have some big news. 'you look like you love me' has won the ACM for Visual Media of the Year. Congratulations to Ella and Riley," McEntire said in her message. "Can't wait to celebrate with you both in Frisco."
Langley's win comes after already being named the ACM New Female Artist of the Year a week earlier thanks in part to the success of her debut album, "hungover," in which she co-wrote every song on the album.

Her vocal approach remains controlled throughout, favoring clarity ...
Listening to the way Riley Green strings together a collection of heartfelt country songs may make you wish more artists did it this way. In fact, I'm sure Hank done it this way. If you think lyrics like the ones to "Numbers On The Cars," are exceptions, "Different 'Round Here" is mostly more of the same good thing.
With the song "Different 'Round Here," Green sings a Southern pride song, but it's one that goes much deeper than a regional affection for sweet tea. ...
