Church extends tour into '26
The new shows kick off Jan. 22-23 in Washington, D.C. at The Anthem. Kashus Culpepper, Caylee Hammack, Ella Langley, Ashley McBryde, Stephen Wilson Jr. and 49 Winchester will open select shows.
The Free The Machine Tour comes on the heels of Church's May 2 release of his ninth studio album, "Evangeline vs. The Machine."
Tickets to all shows are available on Friday, Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. local time. Premium members of the Church Choir will have early access to tickets through the Church Choir presale beginning Monday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. local time.

It seems that in every artist's career, a live album must come. There are some classics out there, from The Allman Brothers' "Live at Fillmore East" to Johnny Cash's "Live at Folsom Prison," but typically it's a compilation of their hits with a new song added on as an afterthought, and not essential listening. Eric Church's new live release is anything but typical, however.

While Eric Church has set the bar high with his previous studio albums, "Desperate Man" is right up there with his best and may just be his most accomplished effort to date. Church continues to write memorable songs in a wide variety of styles, and even when he's not singing over country musical elements, his lyrical voice is always undeniably a country one.
He also knows how to have a little fun, especially with "Hanging Around," a soulful, funky tune mixing together ...
