Julianne Hough undergoes successful surgery, plans quick return to Dancing
Wednesday, October 29, 2008 – Julianne Hough underwent successful surgery, she reported on her web site late this afternoon.
"Julianne has successfully completed her surgery in Los Angeles and is at home resting comfortably. Her family is with her. We wish her a speedy recovery," her web site said.
Hough apparently won't need much recuperation from her illness. Her label said the singer would return to Dancing With the Stars Nov. 11 to sing her current single My Hallelujah Song.
The two-time winner of the show was sidelined with endometriosis, a problem affecting the lining of the uterus.
