Eli Young Band makes national TV debut Thursday

Tuesday, March 31, 2009 – The Eli Young Band will make their national television debut this Thursday, April 2 on Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC (12:05 a.m. eastern/11:05 p.m. central). The band will perform their current single Always The Love Songs, now 15 on the Mediabase chart and 16 on the R&R/Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart. They will also perform When It Rains, the longest running independent single in the history of the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart. The track was featured as the iTunes Discovery Download last week prompting more than 135,000 downloads.

The band will head to Primm, Nev. on Friday where they're scheduled to open the first of two shows for Alan Jackson. They go to Las Vegas for the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night, airing on CBS at 8 p.m. eastern.
