Father/son duo The Parks release debut

Tuesday, April 28, 2009 – The Parks, a father/son duo, released their debut single As Long As You're Going My Way. The song was written by son Clint Park and father Johnny Park with Brett Beavers.

The Parks are the only father/son duo in the modern era of country music. The family, originally from Borger, Texas, moved to Nashville to pursue their musical dreams as performers and songwriters. The Parks co-wrote every track on their upcoming debut album, "Born Into It," expected to release later this year.

Johnny Park is not an unknown. He was one-half of the duo Archer Park with Randy Archer. They had two songs chart in 1994, Where There's Smoke and We Got a Lot in Common from their Atlantic Records album "Where There's Smoke."
