Tomlinson slates digital EP release

Friday, November 20, 2009 – Trent Tomlinson is preparing to release a 3-song digital exclusive EP, "A Guy Like Me," on Monday, Nov. 23. The project features previously unreleased tracks That's How It Still Ought To Be and Henry Cartwright's Produce Stand plus Tomlinson's brand new single, Angels Like Her.

Tomlinson was slated to have an album out this year, but that apparently was delayed. He released Henry Cartwright's Produce Stand as a single in June, but it failed to make much of a chart impact.

"This has to be my favorite song I've ever written" said Tomlinson about the new single. "I was so happy when the label came to me and said they wanted this to be the single. I love how the track turned out." The song is slated to be on an upcoming CD, but no release date has been divulged.

As the best selling debut male artist of the 2006 class, Trent Tomlinson's hit singles include One Wing In The Fire, Just Might Have Her Radio On and Drunker Than Me. After wrapping in the studio, Tomlinson has spent the year touring and visiting radio stations across the country.
