Strait postpones two shows due to bad weather
Thursday, January 28, 2010 – George Strait postponed shows this weekend in Knoxville, Tenn. and Charlottesville, Va. Due to a bad weather forecast of snow and ice.
Strait's shows with Reba McEntire and Lee Ann Womack on Friday in Knoxville and Saturday night Charlottesville were rescheduled to April 2 and 3 respectively.
"Due to our concern for the safety of our fans and crew, we are rescheduling shows this weekend,' said Strait. 'We regret the change but it's best to take all the necessary precautions."
