No Justice signs with Texas indie label
Monday, February 8, 2010 – Oklahoma band No Justice signed with new Dallas independent label Carved Records.
No Justice is a five-piece band from Stillwater, Okla. The group, which plays extensively in Oklahoma and Texas, has had four releases, including two Live at Billy Bob's discs on Smith Music.
No Justice is currently in Nashville completing their debut album for Carved Records with producer Dexter Green. The project expands on the group's country, rock and roots sounds and is scheduled for a late spring 2010 release.
Founded by CEO Tim Porter in 2009, the Carved Records team is anchored by VP of Operations Phil Thomas (formerly of UMG Distribution/Fontana, RED Distribution) and Label Director Jenn Littleton (CO5 Music, former Senior Marketing Director/A&R Geffen Records).
