Taylor Swift hosts CMA meet and greet marathon

Wednesday, June 2, 2010 – Taylor Swift will host "Taylor Swift's 13-Hour Meet & Greet" at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, during CMA Music Fest activities on June 13. The event will run from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.

Swift will meet as many fans as possible during the event, which will include a short acoustic performance that afternoon shortly after 2 p.m. and will also feature several different fan activities The free event is open to the general public.

"My favorite thing about CMA Music Fest has always been getting to spend time with the fans, so this year I wanted to figure out a way to meet as many of them as possible," Swift said. "Thirteen is my lucky number, and the 13th is during Music Fest, so I think spending 13 hours that day with my fans is going to be amazing."

This will be Swift's only performance during the CMA Music Fest. She returns to the road with her Fearless Tour this week, playing two sold-out shows in Washington D.C. before traveling to Boston to wrap the tour with a Saturday night show at Gillette Stadium.
