Urban tour pre-sale tickets starts today

Friday, December 10, 2010 – Pre-sale tickets will go on sale today on Keith Urban's web site for his "Get Closer 2011 World Tour."

The pre-sale is an exclusive special sale for his Monkeyville fan club members and will run through Dec. 31 or until tickets are sold out. Monkeyville members will still have a regular pre-sale before tickets go on sale to the general public beginning in February.

Three new dates were added to the tour and a Canadian leg was announced this past week. The tour starts June 16 in Biloxi, Miss. and concludes Oct. 15 in Minneapolis. Urban begins Canadian shows Sept. 9 in Ottawa and ends Sept. 26 in Vancouver.

The three new dates are:
Biloxi, Miss. on June 16 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum (previously Mobile, AL)
Hampton, Va. on July 26 at Hampton Coliseum
Wichita, Kansas on Aug. 16 at Intrust Bank Arena

Urban just released his sixth studio release, "Get Closer."
