Urban, Lady A, Loveless score Grammys
Sunday, February 13, 2011 – Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum and Patty Loveless were among the early winners Sunday of Grammys.
Lady Antebellum took the songwriter's honor for Best Country Song for Need You Now along with Josh Kear. Other songs nominated were The Breath You Take, Free The House That Built Me, I'd Love to Be Your Last and If I Die Young.
Keith Urban took the country male vocal performance Grammy for 'Til Summer Comes Around. He took it over Jamey Johnson - Macon,, Toby Keith - Cryin For Me (Wayman's Song),, David Nail - Turning Home, and Chris Young Getting' You Home.
Loveless won the Best Bluegrass Album category for "Mountain Soul II." Loveless took the honor over "Circles Around Me," Sam Bush; "Family Circle," The Del McCoury Band; "Legacy," Peter Rowan Bluegrass Band and "Reckless," The SteelDrivers.
