"Four the Record," Lambert reaches Gold
Wednesday, January 4, 2012 – Miranda Lambert starts the New Year with great news about "Four The Record." The album achieved Gold status faster than any of her three previous albums, all of which have been certified Platinum.
Released Nov. 1, 2011, "Four The Record" received positive reviews. Over You is the just released, second single and was written by Miranda and husband Blake Shelton. The song is about Shelton's brother, who died in a car accident when he was a teenager.
Lambert kicks off her new headline tour "On Fire," next Thursday Jan. 12, in Rockford, Ill. with Chris Young and Jerrod Niemann. The coast-to-coast tour will play more than 30 cities.
