"Blown Away" vid debuts Monday

Friday, July 27, 2012 – The broadcast and online world premieres of Carrie Underwood's latest video, Blown Away, will take place on Monday, July 30, during a 24-hour exclusive window domestically and internationally on E! News at 7 and 11:30 p.m. eastern/Pacific and on the homepage of E! Online.

This Saturday, Underwood will attend the private world premiere of the video with country radio station KJ97 and more than 200 of their listeners in San Antonio. Among hundreds of participating stations, KAJA-FM won an Arista Nashville sponsored nationwide country radio contest to host this special event by receiving the most listener votes. Fans can watch a trailer of the video.

The video was directed by Randee St. Nicholas and produced by Brandon Bonfiglo. The song is the title track of Underwood's fourth album and her current single, which has amassed sales in excess of a quarter of a million. The song was written by Josh Kear and Chris Tompkins who also co-penned her smash hit, Before He Cheats.

Underwood launches the North American portion of her third headline arena tour, "The Blown Away Tour" on Sept. 14 in Manchester, N.H. continuing through December.

The string of great fortune turned sharply in 2017, when Underwood began the unfathomable experience of three consecutive lost pregnancies. This was atop a frightening fall at her home that ended with her face in nearly 50 stitches. Sharing these moments with her fans makes the beamingly-beautiful singer ...
