Mumford, Yoakam, Petty play Bonnaroo
Paul McCartney is among the key acts playing the four-day festival, being held from June 13-16.
Other country, bluegrass and Americana acts playing the festival include The Lumineers, Ed Helms' Bluegrass Situation superjam with special guests, Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Sam Bush and Del McCoury, Noam Pikleny & Friends, Frank Turner, Calexico, Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Aiofe O'Donovan and John Fullbright.
Helms is better known for his acting abilities. He also is a banjo player of bluegrass and Old Time music. He has been behind a Los Angeles-based bluegrass festival for three years. Helms has been a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Andy Bernard on The Office and Dr. Stu Price in The Hangover films.
Pikelny is a member of Punch Brothers and also has released his own albums. O'Donovan is embarking on a solo career after being on The Goat Rodeo Sessions playing with Crooked Still and Sometymes Why.
