Aldean files for divroce
Monday, April 29, 2013 – Jason Aldean filed for divorce from his wife on Friday, six months after it photos surfaced of him with another woman in Los Angeles.
Last week, it was reported that Aldean, 33, and his high school sweetheart, Jessica Ann Ussery, 36, were separated since January. The couple have two daughters.
The couple was married Aug. 4, 2001. According to court papers filed in Williamson County, Tennessee, they separated as of Friday. Aldean said in the court filing, "parties are experiencing irreconcilable differences in their marriage." In the court papers, he goes by the name Jason Williams
Aldean was pictured kissing Season 11 "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr on the Sunset Strip in September while in L.A. for a concert.

Jason Aldean's 10th studio album "Georgia "initially seems like yeoman's effort. As the second half of a double album that follows last year's "Macon," the collection boasts 30 songs; 20 are new.
