Aldean releases "Night Train" as single

Wednesday, June 5, 2013 – Jason Aldean will release the title track off his fifth studio album, "Night Train," as its fourth single tonight following a live performance on the CMT Music Awards.

Aldean will also perform with GRAMMY-winning rocker Lenny Kravitz, in addition to a co-hosting the show alongside actress Kristen Bell. Aldean is nominated for three CMT Music Awards including "Video of The Year."

"Tonight's going to be a total blast," said Aldean. "I'm hosting for the first time, I get to perform with Lenny Kravitz, and I get to debut my new single. Are you kidding me? I'm going to try my best not to screw anything up and just have fun with all of it. I hope everyone tunes in."

The song was written by Neil Thrasher and Michael Dulaney, the duo behind Aldean's No. one singles Fly Over States and Tattoos on This Town.

The opener,"Tattoos and Tequila," breaks it down into tattoos to remember, and tequila to forget. Within its booze for every ...
CD review - Rearview Town If you liked Jason Aldean's three previous number one albums, you'll like "Rearview Town." He sticks to the winning formula that has brought him past success. The 15 tracks are mainly juiced up, muscular numbers with scorching guitar. Ironically, amid the torrid tempos and high volume that dominate the collection, the ballads are the standouts, especially with the duet with the Miranda Lambert on "Drowns The Whiskey." Instead of whiskey drowning a memory, the inverse ...
