Cyrus splits with wife
Friday, June 14, 2013 – Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife, Tish, are splitsville after 19 years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Tish Cyrus filed papers in Superior Court of California in Los Angeles on Thursday. In 2010, the singer filed for divorce, but withdrew the petition in an attempt work out their marriage.
The couple has five children including Miley Cyrus. One minor child left, Noah Cyrus, 13, remains at home. Tish is seeking full physical and legal custody, with visitation to her husband. She also wants Billy Ray to provide spousal support and pay her attorney's fees.
"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family," Tish Cyrus was quoted by TMZ. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
