Farm Aid sells out
The show is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
"We are honored that upstate New York has embraced Farm Aid in this way," said Carolyn Mugar, executive director of Farm Aid. "Your enthusiasm is a clear sign that people here and across the Northeast value family farmers and the work they do to grow strong and healthy communities for all of us."
Farm Aid 2013, which sold slightly more than 25,000 available tickets, will feature Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young and Dave Matthews with Tim Reynolds, as well as Jack Johnson, Amos Lee, Kacey Musgraves, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Bahamas, JD & The Straight Shot, Carlene Carter, Pegi Young & The Survivors and The Blackwood Quartet.
