Pinecastle Records inks Dixie Bee-Liners

Monday, July 9, 2007 – Bluegrass band The Dixie Bee-Liners signed a record deal with Pinecastle, the label announced Monday.

The group is comprised of led singer Brandi Hart, Buddy Woodward, Rachel Renee Johnson, Claiborne Woodall, Andy Blevins and Sam Morrow. The band previously released their own album to positive reviews.

Bil VornDick, who has worked with everyone from Bob Dylan to Ralph Stanley, will produce and engineer the band's debut record. No word on a release date.
