Tuesday, July 17, 2007 – Edgar Loudermilk, who was in Marty Raybon's band, will join iiird Tyme Out. Loudermilk will replace Roy Deaton on bass. He announced earlier this year that he would leave the bluegrass band.

Deaton was involved in starting iiird Tyme Out. He also produces and does booking.
