– Eli Young Band will join the Jagermeister's Ultimate Summer of Music tour along with rock band Fall Out Boy and DJ Paul Oakenfold.
Jagermeister's Ultimate Summer of Music kicks off on May 16 and includes more than 30 concerts nationwide through September.
"Jagermeister has been supporting musicians of all genres for more than 20 years," said Cliff Rigano, Director of Music Marketing for Jagermeister at Sidney Frank Importing Co. "We've always prided ourselves on working with some of the most well respected acts in the industry, but we have yet to bring three top acts from three different genres together. Each of these artists consistently deliver legendary, high-energy shows that we know our diverse consumer set will love. Simply put: Jagermeister makes music sound better."
This year marks the first time the brand has taken a multi-genre approach to the tour. Country artist Rick Monroe and comic Jim Florentine will emcee select dates.
"Jager has been associated with clubs and club music for many years. It is a very popular drink in my community and I'm very happy to be working alongside them on this tour," said Oakenfold.
"Since we've been known to take shots on stage, we thought, Jager and EYB is a no brainer," said Mike Eli, lead singer of Eli Young Band. "Count us in!"
"We're stoked to be a part of Jager's Summer of Music program. We can't wait to get out there with New Politics this summer and give big thanks to Jagermeister for supporting us," adds Fall Out Boy.
