It's a helluva life for Ballard as he gets Gold
Monday, May 12, 2014 – Frankie Ballard garnered his first Gold record for "Helluva Life," which was certified by the RIAA for sales exceeding 500,000.
The singer-guitarist's follow-up single, Sunshine & Whiskey," is in the top 40 on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart in four weeks, marking his fastest rising single to date.
Both songs are on Ballards album "Sunshine & Whiskey" CD. Produced by Marshall Altman (Mark Broussard), the project is a blend of blues-infused, country rock.
The Battle Creek, Mich. native is playing headline shows nationwide and will join Jake Owen's Days of Gold Tour for select dates this summer.
