Carrie Underwood to debut single "Don't Forget To Remember Me"
Tuesday, March 7, 2006 – Carrie Underwood will debut her second single, "Don't Forget To Remember Me," from double platinum selling album "Some Hearts" with debut appearances on "The Late Show with David Letterman" March 13 and "Live with Regis & Kelly" March 14.
Underwood's first single, "Jesus, Take the Wheel," hit number one on the country song charts for six straight weeks.
On March18, Underwood makes her third Grand Ole Opry appearance on "Grand Ole Opry Live," which airs on GAC: Great American Country.
Before hitting New York, Underwood will appear in Atlantic City, N.J. where she will spend her 23rd birthday, March 10, taping a VH1 Special with Heart "Decades Rock Live." Underwood will perform a song from her album as well as sing a song with Ann and Nancy Wilson for the television special slated to air May 5.

Carrie Underwood's gospel music album may not be traditional in the sense that she sings these songs the same way she heard them as a child growing up. However, on the traditional/modern country music spectrum, this album leans closer to traditional country music than just about anything Underwood's recorded. Underwood always sings well, no matter how her songs are arranged, but it's a true treat to hear that voice without much of the big production that usually accompanies it. ...
It makes logical sense that Carrie Underwood, arguably mainstream country music's best pure vocalist, would make a Christmas album. And make no mistake about it, this is a 'Christmas' album, as opposed to a 'holiday' release. These 11 tracks are nearly all spiritual in nature.
