Stapleton stays in top 10
Sunday, May 1, 2016 – Chris Stapleton scored the only country CD in the Billboard top 10 in a chart dominated by the late Prince.
Stapleton's "Traveller" sold 33,000 units, down 13 percent. "Traveller" will be ninth this week when the charts are out Tuesday, down from seventh.
Beyonce led the chart with "Lemonade," her second consecutive surprise CD, which enjoyed 653,000 equivalent album units. Prince had five titles in the top 10 led by "The Very Best of Prince" greatest hits collection, which was second with 391,000 units.
