Brooks at Yankee Stadium airs tonight

Thursday, November 10, 2016 – "Garth Brooks/Yankee Stadium/Live, the concert filmed in 4K this past summer, broadcasts nationwide tonight at 8 p.m. eastern/Pacific across all AT&T platforms.

Fans can live stream simulcast the concert tonight starting at 8 p.m. Eastern/Pacific via AT&T.

The two-night, sold-out arena shows mark Brooks' first return to New York City in 19 years after his 1997 Central Park concert, which remains the largest-ever held at the park. Songs include "The Dance, "Friends In Low Places," "The Thunder Rolls," "The River," "Ain't Goin' Down ('Til the Sun Comes Up)," "People Lovin People" "Papa Loved Mama."

Brooks' wife Trisha Yearwood joins the stage for songs including "In Another's Eyes" and "She's in Love with the Boy."

The show will be simulcast on AT&T's AUDIENCE Network--DIRECTV channel 239, U-verse channel 1114, DIRECTV 4K channel 106--and streaming on DIRECTV and U-verse apps or on directv.com.

"I can't thank AT&T enough for this opportunity," said Brooks. "I will say no matter what device you view the show on, none of them are going to be big enough!! This show is huge...I was blown away with how clear it looks, how real it feels...it is like you are right there when it is happening."

CD review - Man Against Machine After releasing his debut album in 1989, Garth Brooks released music almost every year until he announced his retirement in 2000. Since then, he has released repackaged hit collections, new music on "Scarecrow" and "The Lost Sessions" and last year's cover song collection "Blame it All on My Roots." Over the years, there have been live recordings, concert and music video collections. The country songwriter became a pop culture icon, transcending genre to become ...

(Truth in advertising, his "The Ultimate Hits," which actually is part of the new box set, included four new songs back in 2007). And it's quite an undertaking - four CDs of covers - Country Classics, Classic Rock, Blue-Eyed Soul and Melting Pot, an amalgam of country, rock, soul and folk; the two-CD set, "The Ultimate Set" and a DVD of his live performance in Vegas. ...
