Ballerini gets engaged
Tuesday, December 27, 2016 – Kelsea Ballerini is engaged.
Ballerini made the announcement on social media on Sunday that she is engaged to Australian country singer Morgan Evans.
"I GET TO MARRY MY AUSSIE. my heart is bursting from loving this human so much. luckiest girl in the world," Ballerini wrote on Twitter.
Evans and Ballerini,with hits like "Peter Pan" and "Yeah Boy," have been dating for nine months. He proposed to her on Sunday morning.
Ballerini posted on her Instagram account on Sunday, "This morning, 9 months and 13 days later, he got down on one knee in the kitchen while I was burning pancakes and asked me to marry him. Loving him has been the greatest gift of my life. And now I get to do it for life. #HECALLEDDIBS."
Evans has released two CDs and two EPs in Australia.
