Stapleton places second
Monday, May 15, 2017 – Chris Stapleton's second disc will debut in second on the overall Billboard Top 200 chart when it is released on Tuesday.
"From a Room: Volume 1" sold 219,000 in its debut week, according to Billboard. Logic was first with "Everybody" moving 247,000 units. This was the highest sales for a country disc since Luke Bryan's "Kill the Lights," which sold 320,000 copies in its debut week for the chart of Aug. 29, 2015.
Stapleton had the only country disc in the Billboard top 10.
