Evans launches Xmas tour

Monday, September 25, 2017 – Sara Evans will launch a short version of her At Christmas Tour this year

Tour dates are:
Dec. 1-2 Lincoln City, OR Chinook Winds Casino
Dec. 7 Stroudsburg, PA Sherman Theatre
Dec. 8 Northfield, OH Hard Rock Casino
Dec. 9 Shipshewana, IN Blue Gate Theater
Dec. 14 Des Moines, IA Hoyt Sherman Place
Dec. 15 Norfolk, NE Divots Event Center
Dec. 16 Mayetta, KS Prairie Band Casino & Resort

Evans put out a holiday disc, "At Christmas," in 2015, her first full-length Christmas recording. The 10-song collection features well-known holiday classics including "Silent Night," "Winter Wonderland," "I'll Be Home For Christmas" and "O Come All Ye Faithful" plus the seasonal original song and title track, written by Shane Stevens and Toby Lightman.

Evans released her eighth studio album, "Words," in July. The 14-song project was released on her own Born To Fly Records.

CD review - At Christmas Sara Evans is straight-up one of the best singers in country music, and when she performs "Go Tell It On The Mountain" backed by a supportive choir on her new holiday offering, "At Christmas," the girl is squarely in her element.
