Kelley likes it "Dirt Cheap"
This is his first release for his new label after previously having been on Warner. Kelley is one-half of Florida Georgia Line, which is on hiatus.
"The moment I heard 'Dirt Cheap,' I knew I had to record it. It reminded me of some of my favorite country songs growing up that really pull at your heartstrings. As much as I love the beach, I love the country too," said Kelley. "This song matches and meets me where I'm at in life currently. I'm working hard, so in love with my wife Brittney, and always keeping my eyes peeled for the perfect 'Dirt Cheap' property of our own. I am so thankful this song landed in my world, and I hope it resonates with those who hear it just like it did with me."
"Dirt Cheap" was written by Seth Ennis, Wyatt McCubbin and Andy Sheridan.
The song is about a couple ditching their hectic lives in the city for something a little more down-to-earth and less expensive.
Produced by Dann Huff with a mellow country sound, the up-tempo tune mixes acoustic guitars and steel.
Kelley has been working on his full-length debut album with Big Machine Records. Kelley's current single, "See You Next Summer," nears top 30 on the charts.
Kelley previously released "Sunshine State of Mind" in 2021 and moved to Big Machine last year.
