Hammack climbs with "The Hill"
Wednesday, July 10, 2024 – Caylee Hammack is releasing a new version of her song, "The Hill," on July 19 via Capitol Nashville.
Releasing the original last month, the new take on "The Hill" includes Irish singer Foy Vance. Hammack wrote the track alongside Tenille Townes and Logan Wall.
Hammack presumably will include the song on her next release.
The Georgia native released her lone album, "If It Wasn't For You," in 2020. She gained airplay with the song "Family Tree."
Hammack also will put out a video for "The Hill" on July 19.

CD reviews for Caylee Hammack
Caylee Hammack has a strong voice and sings with great authority throughout. Although she's credited as a writer on all its tracks, the results are ultimately a mixed bag. The release opens with "Just Friends," which is no better than a Miranda Lambert knock-off. It sounds like something Lambert would write about, only Miranda would have written it better.
