Hicks recalls "Nights Memories Stories"

Friday, October 11, 2024 – Noah Hicks' new nostalgia-tinged track "Nights Memories Stories" comes out today via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment.

"I didn't write 'Nights Memories Stories,' but it feels just like my own life," he said. "It perfectly captures the nights that made me who I am, the memories I'll never forget and the stories you hear in all of my songs. I can't tell you how many nights I've had where we hang around, re-telling old stories and making memories—memories that are sure to be shared the next time around."

The official music video for "Nights Memories Stories" was filmed in Hicks' hometown of Carrollton, Ga. at his alma mater. In the video directed by Edgar Evan, he walks the football field under the Friday night lights and reminisces on some of the nights, memories and stories that he has lived over the years in that very place.

Growing up on his family chicken farm, he listened to small-town odes from his musical influences like Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett and Luke Bryan. Written by Thomas Archer, Jacob Rice, Cole Taylor and Michael Tyler, "Nights Memories Stories" serves as a full circle moment for Hicks as he sings a love letter of his own to those small-town Saturday nights.

"Nights Memories Stories" comes off the heels of Hicks' most recent release "Second Time Around (featuring Shaylen)."
